\nTaking part in guided activities requires good general health, no medical advice against participation and an
\nappropriate level of fitness for the chosen activity.\u2028 Minors must have the consent of a parent or guardian.\u2028 For certain
\nactivities (e.\u2028g.\u2028 heliski) they must be accompanied by a responsible adult.\u2028 A minimum age may be stipulated, inquire
\ndirectly with the Guides Office.<\/p>\n

PRICES<\/strong>
\nPrices only include guiding fees and do not include transport fares, ski passes, meals, accommodation, extra costs of
\nthe Guide (e.\u2028g.\u2028 meals, overnight stay in a mountain hut) or gear hire (e.\u2028g.\u2028 skis, ski boots)<\/p>\n

BOOKING<\/strong>
\nFrom 15 days before the date of the activity the total amount is due.\u2028 Beyond 15 days of the date of the activity, the
\nreservation will be validated upon receipt of 30% of deposit.<\/p>\n

GUARANTEED DEPARTURES<\/strong>
\nFor the group outing is needed a minimum of 3 participants to assure the departure.\u2028 Offer of departure to 2 people
\nwith additional cost.\u2028 For private Guide, departure from 1 person.
\nAll groups are limited to 6 people maximum for a Guide.\u2028 Beyond 6 people, booking a second Guide will be necessary.<\/p>\n

SAFETY AND RISK<\/strong>
\nIt is vital to follow all safety instructions given by the Guide.\u2028 A mountain Guide is a trained professional who regularly
\nundertakes exercises in managing and reducing risk.\u2028 However, some risks, due to their uncertain and complex nature,
\ncannot be totally eliminated (e.\u2028g.\u2028 stone falls, s\u00e9rac falls, crevasses, and avalanches).\u2028 Participants must therefore be
\naware of and accept these risks before signing up to an activity.<\/p>\n

INSURANCE<\/strong>
\nEach participant must ensure they have adequate insurance which should include cover for public liability, search and
\nrescue, evacuation and so on.<\/p>\n

MONTAIN GUIDES<\/strong>
\nA Guide is attributed to you from your reservation\u2019s validation by deposit and\/or total amount.\u2028 The Guide can be
\nreplaced with another Guide if needed (disease, accident, other\u2026).\u2028 This can in no case lead to a demand for price
\nreduction or refund or cancellation.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATION<\/strong>
\nAs a general rule, weather conditions cannot be accepted as a reason for cancellation unless the guide considers that
\nthe safety of the group would be compromised.\u2028 Snow quality can in no case lead to a demand for price reduction or
\nrefund or cancellation.<\/p>\n

A) Cancellation during the activity<\/strong>
\nA1-Cancellation by the Guide :<\/strong> the activities may be modified or cancelled by the Guide due to mountain conditions
\nor the safety of the group.\u2028 If the activity has to be cancelled due to a failing attributable to a participant (such as lack
\nof fitness or failure to follow instructions) no refund will be due.
\nA2-Cancellation by the customer :<\/strong> total amount of the activity is due.<\/p>\n

B) Cancellation before the beginning of the activity<\/strong>
\nB1-Cancellation by the Guide :<\/strong> (e.\u2028g.\u2028 due to bad weather forecast or mountain conditions) guiding fees will be
\nrefunded.\u2028 No other compensation will be paid.
\nB2-Cancellation by the customer :<\/strong>
\n– Between 15 days and the date of the activity : 100 % of the fees are owed.
\n– Between 30 days and 15 days before the activity : the deposit is kept.
\n– More than 30 days before the activity : the paid sums are paid off.<\/p>\n

MODIFICATION OF THE NUMBER OF PERSONS BOOKED<\/strong>
\n– Between 15 days and the date of the activity : no price reduction, refund or cancellation.
